“Hipps” Charlie Witthoeft and
“Ricco” Eric Jaqua play old-school blues,
50’s-70's Rock-n-Roll, Rockabilly, classic hits, a
few modern hits and tons of originals. Selected artists
include Elvis, Tom Petty, Sublime, Bob Dylan, Jimmy Reed,
Ben Harper, Black Keys, Lovin' Spoonful, The Cure, and much
more! When not playing with their “full band,”
Charlie’s Root Fusion, fans are coming out in droves

Charlie's Root
Fusion is just that, a fusion of roots blues, rock and
roll, and country music. There is no way to pin one label
on it because we cover alot of ground; Swamp Boogie Funk,
Chicago Blues, Memphis Blues and Rockabilly, 50's to 60's
Rockn'roll, light Jazz and all points in between that lead
to Northern Michigan. We are a group of players that love
our music, our hot rods, our families and our fans. The
combination of all these things makes for a live energy
that you won't soon forget.
